Kick (Your) Ass Classes, with Tanya Crowder – July 18 to 29

Fun, athletic, straight to the point classes set to a cool playlist of funk, ska, rock n’ roll and hip hop. These classes include a full centre warm-up and dynamic combinations using a layering of floor work and skills, falling, flying, inversions and yes, good ol’ ronde de jambes, tendues etc.

These classes have been built as my practice for the last three years and versions of them have been taught at 509 Dance Collective, DanceTeq and for various workshops.

I hope you will join me as I am excited to share this practice once again; a deep practice that gets you moving and sweating as well as having fun and being challenged in a safe learning environment.
I offer modifications for all exercises to accommodate all levels of familiarity and comfort level with floorwork and inversions.

These classes are intended for professional level dancers or students attending pre-professional training programs.

July 18 to July 29
Mon, Wed, Fri – 10:15-11:45am
Tues, Thurs – 10:30-12noon
StudioElevenTwelve – 1112 Dundas St. East, at Logan (Accessible by Queen and College streetcars and 72 Pape bus from Pape Station)

Cost: $40 per week, $10 per drop-in class (as available)

A non-refundable deposit* of $25 for both weeks, or $15 for one week, is required in advance and the balance is due on the first day of class.
Deposits can be mailed to: 1337 Queen Street East, Toronto ON, M4L 1C6 – Cheques payable to TANYA CROWDER, Receipts given upon request.

*If classes are canceled** due to lack of registration, those who have paid a deposit will be refunded.
**Each week of classes require a minimum of 5 dancers pre-registered in order for the classes to run.
